blinkers

Hey guys,trying to finish up the wiring repair on that ole 72,a question,does the front turn signal /side marker light suppose to blink alternately? Is the side marker even suppose to blink, and finally the left front blinker/side marker blinks at the same time,the right alternates. Thxs for the help,Terry

the side markers are not suposed to blink.

sounds like you have some shorts.

make sure the recepticals for all of those bulbs are not rusting causing a short.
