Continuous drain

I let my "reputable" mechanic change my timing chain and now My battery will not stay charged for more than a day at the most.I have tried everything and can't figure where the hell the "battery drian" is coming from. I have taken every fuse out and the battery still gets drained. Any ideas?
BTW: 74' 350 small block w/ac

This may sound crazy....my battery drain was......the little light in the center glove box did not go out when the glove box door was closed. I adjusted the "switch" in the glove box (sitting in the dark) and have since stopped buying batteries !

put one of these in-------see post above battery disc switch---- j c whitney-- until you trace down draw this will keep battery from draining---------------------------------------------------------

i see those all the time at car shows for a buck, problem i had w/ them was when opening circut for parking at indoor car shows the connection makes and breaks,sounding the alarm. when you turn that **** 2 plates get a small gap to stop current flo,problem is they also make sending current thru again causing the annoying alarm to go thru its annoying cycle of noise,the blade type once opened stays opened, but there a little more pricy at almost 30 bucks a pop
