hmmm...I'm having a hard time with this one guys. I think it's just a little over the top. MAYBE in a different color...like black...but even still...those flares and that nose...I just can't seem to like it. Guess it's kinda like women...some of us like a little more padding...some of us like slim ones.
I like the slim ones...

Man, you guys are forgetting the '80s. Back then that thing was cool. Admit it Scott, you really want that "thing"!!! Or, maybe we should buy it for Doug and make him drive it!
Some wide body kits look ok, with the right rims/tires, etc.
That wide body kit just doesnt look right. the hood looks strange, the fenders too high, and the symmetrical airscoops on the front and rear edges of the door really dont do anything to enhance the appearance.
But ...the carpeted e-brake console with the screwed down cup holders...... show just how much attention to detail went into this car.
An interesting car on several levels to me as I'm always looking for the basis for the next racecar...
The car has very little original parts remaining but is car #230, one of the earliest 68's I have seen. For interest I have seen 7 earlier cars that survived, but thats all. There are probably a few more out there, but its a different car at that prod number. This car was bid up pretty high for my taste, but I would love to put a greenwood or L-88 racer mod to it and have fun racing those silly Cobras...
