I've been National league all my life so you know who I'm for.I've allways thought the DH was a stupid idea,you play you bat.Plus I like the national league approch to the game(good pitching will beat good hitting)and I don't know any of the american league players anyway.

i've been an american league fan all my life & i think the DH is the best change in baseball since it's inception, why have a deadspot in yer lineup every 9 batters, the DH is here to stay in the AL. tigers lead 1-0so far, hopefully their bats will show up tonite. this series could take up to a couple wks to play w/all the rain. GO TIGERS

You don't allways have a dead spot in the line up if you have pitchers taking batting pratice.Most national league teams pitching staffs have a real hot compention between them selves and most of them will suprise you if you watch National league baseball.The pitcher being an automatic out is gone.A lot will hit a long one more than you think.I do like the reasoning about beating the yankees tho'

Okay, I'm from Missouri and only live about two hours from St Louis. I got to go with the Cards baby! They won yesterday, so that puts them up 3 to 1. by the way, are Corvettes were born there!
