Bark. Bark. Howl. BUT that's #213, very early in '69 production (August 27th according to the Q&A, probably second day). I would be interested in this old dog ONLY because the serial number is so low.

Looks like he was going for the Shelby Coupe look. Not having seen it in its prime it is hard to comment, but he does have the general body shape (sorta). Just cannot answer the why...

Not bad for $1500..... the winning bidder should receive a free sawsall with the car.... cut the ugly top and glass the convertible deck lid on there, replace the bumpers and you have a nice vert. The interior should clean up nice with some Chlorox..... ...
seriously ? The frame and birdcage are probably toast, who knows for how that thing has been sitting there without the window
If the frame/birdcage is ok, then it could be a inexpensive start for a nice project. Anyone remember that fugly white Corvette that a member restored ? It had "custom" front and rear bumpers....
