Okay, while reading this, right above, you will see a red bar with a few white letter menu words. Second from the left is USCP. That's your control panel. It takes you to a list of your subscribed threads. Also, when click the USCP link, on the left, you will see all the 'Edit' choices...and that's where you'll edit your profile, picture, avatar...
Tip: When uploading your avatar, have it saved on your desktop, as a JPEG, and no bigger than 500x500.
