besides the big cracks, I filled in the vent holes, top and sides, and the speaker holes with expanding foam. Yes, the dash is in my basement, not the car. I don't run ducts anymore and the rest of the dash was terrible so I decided to do the whole thing over.
how's this sound---duramix flexible epoxy spread over the expanding foam, duramix flexible putty to smooth it out, spray plasti dip to seal the whole dash, then paint.
I know that there is a way to repair cracks in the top area. Last year my Original windshield was replaced and the Bubba that did the work cracked the top of the dash. (also cracked the first of 2 windshields) Anyway, after I cooled off, they said to pick the car up the next day and it would be fixed. They called someone and the dash looks like NEW. You cat tell it was ever cracked. Im sure that if you call a body shop, they must kinow of a dash repair company in your area.
Good luck
