I enjoy working with Norm and the Fellows at Willcox. ALOT of my 82 resto-mod body-off project $$$ has gone to them. As many of you know from my follow along thread, I too had several issues with ACC's carpet in the rear section. I just E-Mailed Mr Fry and have every bit of confidence Willcox will fix the issues with ACC that many of us are having.

In defense of Willcox, I have ordered friom them numerous times now and NEVER had a problem with delivery, service, or wrong parts. I keep going back for those reasons.

Default Stuff happens

It would be rare to find a person or company that never makes a mistake or experiences problems with coordination between suppliers and customers. The real question is how are the problems dealt with and do we learn from mistakes.
I have purchased a number of things big and small from Willcox and I live in Australia. They have gone out of their way to help and be of assistance with things I may not even have thought off.
From my experience with them and from what Mr Fry has had to say on this forum I have no hesitation in continuing to use them and more importantly recommending them to friends.
Its all about trust and relationships, stuff happens and it always will.
