Well, I finally got the opportunity to pull the vette out of storage; its been locked away since October 15th. Got the new rims put on and the taillights plus the rear spoiler of course, so i came up with the idea to do a "before and after" thread. the first couple pics show mine when I bought it, the later pics show it now. I know, i havent done much yet, but you get the idea. Please post your favorite before and after shot
So let me know what ya think so far. Exhaust is my next project, starting this Monday

PSS oh yeah, and I put collector plates on too so I dont have to register it every year

79L-82, is that the 78 silver anniversary edition paint scheme on yours? Never seen it on a 79, but I like it. I also added the rear spoiler on my 79, but not the front. I don't want to catch it on something and have it messed up. I wish I could get my digital camera to work right so I could post some before and afters of mine.
Nice looking cars guys I think you talked me into leaving the motor the way it is. . . of course I'll clean it up A LOT, and get rid of the black duct tape!! Kinda embarrasing now when someone says, "nice car. Can i see the motor?" ...ugg I'll have to do some research to see what I can do to that ugly master-cylinder. Oh yeah, as for the paint . . . I'm not really sure what the owner was thinking when he went for the anniversary paint, its only slightly different (mine doesn't have the dark around the wheels) i'm happy with it though. At first I thought he was trying to push it off as an anniversary car, but they really arent worth much either, i think he just liked the color combo cuz its
