Default cleaning side pipes

i just got the jet hot coated(sterling silver).

now there is tar and road crap on them, what do i use to get it off. will tar remover do anything to the finish or is there another way to remove it?

I use the product '' BUG & TAR '' on my truck and didn't have any problem and I use it on the chrome.

I use Mother Billet Polish on mine. For really tough stains, I apply the polish with very fine (OOOO) steel wool. Works great. I just don't rub hard and let the polish do the work.

You're going to think I'm crazy, but I swear it works great.

Baking soda toothpaste .
OO or finer steel wool.
water.

Mix em up for a nice shine.
