Gordon, Would you like to open a corvette repair shop? You do great work and it seems like you enjoy spending all your time working on this car!! Maybe we can work out a deal where you get paid for doing what you love!

Those are nice. How strong are they and are they within reach of mere mortals price wise?

I saw those before. They are some funky looking half shafts.

I think Vipers use something similar, from the factory.

That one stock half shaft sure has a ton of balance weight on it. I don't think I'd use it just for that reason alone.

mere mortals....

About $500 give or take... All NEW Spicer pieces... as to strength if the splines were not at least as strong as as the tubes then there would be a lot of 1 ton chevy, fords and dodges along side of the road and not a lot of reason to ship them like that from the factory...

I realize that they are after the diff in the power train and gears multiply torque...

New GT40 and Viper use a similar set up...

I'll put my car on scales this spring... guessing 2800 lbs (Flack Suit on)

Those are very nice. Don't let TT see them...he might make his keyboard sticky.
Wonder how they hold up strength wise to something similar in its price range like Denny's driveshafts or even the more expensive carbon fiber ones from VS.
