I am about to pull this set off of my car. If you are looking to see if you like them on yours they can be had for cheap compared to a new set. I like them on my car and replace them every couple of years to keep the look fresh. This set coming off is very nice driver quality. They will come with the mounting hardware from the new set.

they are universal...only one collector hooks up the the ramhorns...the other 3 collector pipes are dummies.

Becareful what you buy. There are real side pipes (Hooker brand~$1,000) and what I call fakes ($300). The fake side pipes have only one pipe leading into the side tubes. Real Hooker side pipes are headers with 4 pipes leading into the collector/side tubes.

The Patriot pipes work OK for mild small blocks (<300 hp) but once you start making power, that single 1-3/4" inlet will choke your engine.

I have the Patriots on mine. Wasn't sure if i wanted side pipes or not and didn't want to spend the money on the Hookers to find out i didn't like them. HAve been very happy with these.

Hear is a video clip, although crappy lol, gives an idea of what they sound like.

As posted if you have a big block do not use the one pipe collector sidepipe

I have a ***** engine 1975 so I went with the cheap patriot from JC Whitney 58" for less than $300 and $150 install at local muffler shop.

I think the ones posted look better than mine but I went with the one with a shield.

The patriot from JC Whitney includes everything to intstall and muffler inside tube

I PERFER THE ONES POSTED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ONE PIPE COLLECTOR

AND WITH THE DESIGN ALLOWS FOR THE MOUNT ALONG THE CROME AT ROCKER PANEL.......the patriot with a shield must be mounted below rocker and reduces the clearance to the road by several inches..

Any sidpipes looks and sound .......much much better

My recommendation is the Hooker headers and side pipes Jet-Hot sterling dipped. With the max flow mufflers

I was thinking of getting the Patriot side pipes. They come in various sizes, what would be the correct size for a 77 Vette, 50 or 60"?
Tanks;
