This was last summer.
Simple. Effective & to the point.

It has been changed over the winter $$$ but, I'll need to take new pics.

Any good paint will do, no need for heat paint on the firewall and engine bay. I used satin black Krylon...

I didn't use any special paint on my firewall either - just regular paint from the local auto paint shop. I painted mine with an empty engine bay - makes things much easier (and you can paint any area you want, even back in the tranny tunnel).

I'm sure any good one would do. I went with the Dup 500 because it has ceramic particles in it that supposed to disburse heat better & it's oil and gas resistant. It also has an ez touch valve so it sprays perfect. You would only need 1500 for headers.............

Rab16 - Thanks!

The fuel rail is an off-the-shelf Edelbrock part with a Holley gauge.

Man I can't believe you ruined a "correct" Vette with that crap. Its not factory so you might as well just burn it. . Sorry brother, after our last thread on the "factory" subject I couldn't help myself...your engine of course ROCKS!!!

I like all those custom motor bays... here's mine, spring plans are for a new set of heads & clean & paint more of the bay. I put a 2.5 inch K&N filter on for clearance.
