Sugar cube works
Hi,
Just wanted to share something I was told awhile back.....use sugar cube to clean up / polish (interior) chomed surfaces.
Just spit (or otherwise moisten) on the sugar cube and rub up.

Yes, it's the abrasive. It's rough enough to clean the surface well, but soft enough not to scratch the finish.
Naturally, you need to wipe the the sugar residue off w/ a damp cloth.
cheers,

So, I'm going to guess that you don't want to do this with plastic chromed parts.

#0000 steel wool is a lot easier to use...and you don't have to spit!
