Default New hood pictures

Finally got my L88 hood painted and installed about a week ago.

I haven't really decided which one I like better yet, what do you guys think.

You know... I really like that LT1 hood. I guess I'd have to see them in person. I like the pics on the other forum better though.

No John, just the hood.

Raising the bar for me would be a nice 5 or 6 spd and at least another 100hp

The new hood looks great! Did you paint it yourself or have some one else do it? What was the ball park figure for shooting a hood?

I dig the LT-1 hood more but the L-88 looks great too.

The same local guys that painted the car 9 years ago painted the hood for me.

I won't put any numbers that don't reflect what's truely under the hood although that little bit of chrome would accent the hood nicely.

I like the L-88. To me, a C-3 just looks perfect with one!

Now lets get to adding a few ponies under there and get something that has the carb way up in that thing!

i like the looks of the LT1 a lot better, but when driving i LOVE to see that cowel hood raise!

so i guess it depends on if im driving it or not

I like the LT-1 hood.

Dont get me wrong, but I see the L88 hood is only good on a L88!

That is exactly my problem.

That and the cooler air, but the LT-1 hood looks better IMO. I think it's the chrome inserts that do it.
