I will say that some of their recent descriptions in the latest Corvette Trader ("the National Corvette Restorers' GUILD") are a little weird. Did they get into this hobby yesterday?
You can find some good cars at C'n'V...but you'd better really know your "stuff". They buy up "well used" cars, clean them up, add a little here and there, and try to sell them for big $$$. If you know what you are looking for and offer them what it is really worth...you probably won't get the car. There are too many people with ready cash that don't know anything about Corvettes who are willing to pay their price. Your best bet is to buy some Corvette sales magazines and look for cars in your area. Private sellers (not just "turn-over" artists) are the most likely place to find well cared for cars that you can afford.

This is the best advice you will recieve.
As your search will show you, CNV has an extensive history
of dis-satisfied customers. Good luck.
When I lived in Phoenix I stopped by to look at a couple of cars. Once you get past the shine of some of them, they were over priced for what they really were. There were too many small problems with the several cars I was looking at. Yet the sales person was really pushy and telling me how great this car really was. Yet I could tell that it was not what it was represented to be.
I happened to be in the area with my boss a couple of months ago visiting his mother. I made him stop by - they have a good selection of every generation, many original parts, and a large service area. However, CNV is located on pricey real-estate in the land of the beautiful people. Ferrari, Porsche, Lambourghini, Bentley, Lotus... pick your high end make, and they are all common there.
In my years long internet search for the right vette, CNV came up all too often with significantly overpriced options. Too many people in this area have much more money than brains, and CNV is capitalizing on it. That's America - and the fact that they are still in business after several years proves my point.
For a correctly priced car, search elsewhere.
My .02.

So it was the brains that kept me from being wealthy.
I personally had a BAD experience with them getting my car fixed. That was back in 1998 I think, simply they replaced some parts that did not need replacement thinking I wasn't mechanically inclined.
After the argument they would not take my American Express payment saying that I would stop the payment after leaving the store !!!
