I had goals of just replacing the stupid rotors and pads and a fuel line 2 years ago. Then someone suggested a frame off, i thought he was kidding until I said "hummmmmm if the body comes off I could do.....while I'm there" But in a month or so I'll be

I agree #2!

I see longer spring bolts in your future.

2 looks good but lower the rear to match.

It has been suggested to me that I need to lower mine also.

I am talking to my son online, and he told me to lower the rear end. I already have the long bolts and once it cools down. I will lower the rear tonight

Problem with lowering 80-82's is the air dam on the front. I had mine very low a few years back and I could hear the rubber portion scraping on the road when driving when I went over little dips in the road.

Driving anywhere was a challenge I had to plan what malls I could get in and out of etc. I raised it up a bit and it is much better now, don't worry about driving most places

Close call. But I think No 2 looks better- sinister, sleek n low. But I also have an 80 and a C5- and lowering either of them will definitely cause a lot of frustration with draggin that front air dam. I wouldn't do it, unless it was mostly a show car driven only a few miles.
