I ordered mine about 2 years ago through Zip Corvette and paid 1400.00 for door panels, carpet, front and rear, seat covers which they installed for free on new foam.I was very happy with them, service was very good!
A "complete" interior has all of the necessary replacement parts...but it may not have exactly the same color on all the panels. If one manufacturer supplies all of them, they could match. Otherwise there will be some "dye lot" differences, just like with the original car from the factory. If you want all the pieces to be identical in color, you will probably have to dye them yourself (or have an interior shop do it for you). It is really less expensive to keep whatever panels are in good shape and buy the remainder...then dye them all the same color before installing.
i did seats on new foam from vipcorvette.com. I think they also have complete package deals. I had to redo all of my interior since the guy I bought it from neglected it and left it outside. Let me know what you think if you go to their website.
I got all of the leather and carpet for my 82's complete interior from Willcox. Decent prices and decent service. They don't make any of the parts, just sell them from the manufacturers at prices lower than retail. Corvette America door panels for less than Corvette America prices. I used a 79 doeskin color and wanted original style parts molded in color instead of painted so the other pieces came from where ever I could find them. Any part you paint/dye/color will end up being a dissapointment. Some folks actually got the color to stay but I never could no matter what I cleaned or prepped with.
The brand of vinyl dye makes all the difference in the world. I used SEM dye and had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. Color covered with one coat, no rubbing off, no fading. If you've had problems dying vinyl, it was due to preparation or choice of dye brand.
I got all my stuff from Wilcox, everything was perfect and the best prices I could find. I dyed most of the plastic trim parts. Check out My Corvette photos to see the results.

Mine came from The Last Detail.
Here is my tip, most of the vendors sell parts from the same manufacturing companies at different prices. For example, almost all vendors sell the same carpet kit from ACC, but the prices vary considerably. Create a spreadsheet with prices for each part from several vendors. Then look at the price totals for each vendor. I did that and it saved me several hundred dollars over some companies already mentioned.
