a/c blower fan problems
so my mechanic fixed my a/c, and it works really well now. the only thing is i have to manually turn the fan off when i turn off the car. once it is turned off, it won't turn back on till the car's on again. when it shuts off, i hear a bunch of shorting sounds for a while, then it goes away. any ideas?!?

it's definitely an electrical sound. but why would it stay running even when the ignition is off until i turn it off myself?

I'm thinking a sticky relay. I don't quite understand the symptoms so maybe someone else has a better grasp but a relay sticking would provide power even when the trigger is cut off.
