It's Running Again !
Well after not knowing why the car wouldn't start three and a half weeks ago I finally got it back on the road.
Background: Three and a half weeks ago it wouldn't start. I though at first it was the fuel pump, but it was pumping. Then maybe a plugged filter int he carb, nope. I decided to draint he gas tank and well... 3 gallons of water decided to come out. Got it flushed and the carb cleaned. Put it back on this morning and started right up.
Took her for a 10mile drive to stretch her legs and then back home. It is so nice to drive the vette again. Only problem I had, and maybe someone has an answer, when I turned right or left sorta fast (like at a stop sign or light), the engine almost cuts out like the fuel is missing. But if I let of the gas it is fine. ???
But other than that it was fun again
