Broken Shift Indicator Bar
The shift indicator bar on my 78 pace car is broken and stuck at the D1 indicator level. The vehicle shifts fine but you have to count the clicks of the gearshift to know what gear you're in. I tried to get this fixed at the service department of the local Chevy dealer, but was told that the part is no longer available and that they cannot fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?
