This is the first time Ive seen this thread and all I can say is wow. You're doing an awesome job, and gave me lots of ideas for the work Ill be doing to mine. Mine needs tons of work, and since most of the major parts aren't original to the car I don't have to feel compelled to keep it original ;]
I really haven't given up yet, just so much going on and I kinda have to get the wiring done before I can really get back into glassing....so sorry, I promise I will have an update before the first of the year....

Sorry everyone, the car is kinda on the back burner right now, the company i work for is going through a really bad time, I am not too positive about our future, so I am currently switching tracks in careers (from printing to radiology tech) which involves me going back to school, I really want to get back to fiberglassing, but unfortunately that involves money and time, both of which are in short supply. I have been doing sketches in my head for months now of how I want to continue with the dash, and everytime I get out in the garage to fiberglassing something else pops up (school, work, planning wedding, new house chores and maintenance). Trust me when I say that this project will NOT get forgetten and I will not give up. I really hope I can get the furnace in my garage hooked up so I can work in something other than sub-zero temps, as soon as that happens the likelyhood of me getting some progress will grow quite a bit. Stay tuned, and thank you everyone for your patience and support.....

Hey this is my first time seeing this post, but all i got to say is wow. It sounds like an ambitious job to make your own dash but it looks like youve got skills with the fiberglass. Dont give up and good luck with school!
