Try sliding a pair of needle nose pliers down the flutes of the tap and unscrewing it. Or use a couple of drill bits or some straight punches that slide down the flutes and try twisting the tap out that way...
Well got it fixed today. Used the dremel and a carbide burr and ground it out. helicoiled and and bolted the header back on. Still have the exhaust leak though found a little crack in the header so looks like im in for a set of headers.
Taps are extremley hard and will shatter fairley easy.
You can make a punch out of a e-z out by grinding down a point on the end, the e-z out is also very hard and makes a great punch just for this purpose.

Wow, such strong language. Why do I have to be a Motherf'er?
I don't go to my machinist for an answer like"I think it'll work". If so I need to find a new machinist.
I just might have to have a beer to get over your language
