Black or red ?
I cant decide if I want to paint my vette Black or red can u guys who have black and red vettes post your pics so I can see them. This may help me decide. and if it dont, I still get to see all your kick azz rides. Thank You 80Shark

I don't have any pics, but I do have an opinion. It all depends on how good your car is in. Black shows, nay magnifies, every problem.

I can understand your quandary. When I ordered my '92 vert, I couldn't decide between the available shades of red or black, so I asked the salesman if I could take the sample paint chip page from his book outside to see which one I liked the most in the bright sunshine. It took me all of about 0.1 sec to make up my mind...

I really think it depends how neurotic you are. Black cars are the beautiful but if you are anything like me and cant stand swirl marks and seeing everything go with a lighter color...in your case red.
I wish my mental state would allow me to have a black car but I know I couldnt handle it. I tried twice and it drove me nutz
