steering wheel question

I am looking for a red leather steering wheel to replace the stock one on my 72.....any ideas? I have been watching ebay but they don't seem to have a red leather one for my year.........

Paragon has them for 77-82 in all colors for $200 bucks. P.35 in their catalog. Original leather wrapped steering wheels usually look like crap by now and that's what you'de most likely find on ebay.

Will a steering wheel from a 77 fit a t/t column on a 72?

Take your 72 wheel and have it covered with leather. It will look stock, feel better and look great. Several members here have done it. I had Chuck Pelton do a 73 wheel for me; very pleased.

There are 14" leather covered wheels carried by some of the C3 aftermarket suppliers which come in black [$99]. Buy one and use vinyl dye to re-color it.

I sent my wheel to Chuck Pelton this afternoon. He will get it by Tuesday. Want pics when it comes back?

My 81 has med red interior and the steering wheel has red leather..but the spokes are silver. Aren't 81's supposed to have BLACK spokes? I thought I read that somewhere. Can anyone confirm?
