open up an account, I use photobucket.com, there are others, google...upload your pic at photobucket...once uploaded, copy the direct link for your pic, come back to CF hit post reply, choose the insert image icon, 5th icon from the right, left click, a window will open, then right click to paste your previous copy, click ok and you will see your link bracketed with img...to test before posting use the preview post link...

Great work. Just remember if you are copying the link from Photobucket that has the [IMG] tags, you don't need to add you own tags.
