Open driver door, look for chrome plate near hinge, where you will find 3 things: Chevrolet plus a letter and a number, below that is the trim and paint code. The letter and number is the date code. A=Jan, B=Feb etc, the number is the day. 17,316 cars made in '70. Post the last 5 digits of your VIN # and we can verify the build sequence.

The equipment on the car is listed on the build sheet which was glued to the top of the fuel tank. The 'shippers copy' of the build sheet is sometimes found stuffed under the dash.
