While looking through the used car ad with pictures, he asked if there were any Diamondbacks in there? He knows I own a vette, so I ask him what was a Diamondback. He said that it was the vettes from 63 through
67. He said they called those year vettes DiamondBack because the back window looks like part of a diamond. Anybody heard that term used before? I haven't. Tony

Never heard of mid-year coupes referred to as Diamondbacks. When I read Diamondback I think of the company that supplies repro tires. I'm just getting used to the C1 through C6 thing.
