The center grill; is it painted exactly like the front turn signal grills? thanks Steve

If your state doesn't require a front license plate - you can bring out that center grill almost even with the sides. Just use U brackets to bring it out about two inches. Looks really nice.

There is no exposed chrome edges on the center grill as there are on the outer grills.

mine doesnt have chrome edges anywhere. i guess it must of been painted. maybe i should try to scrap off paint to expose them.

Get a picture of an original to see just what surfaces show chrome; if that's important to you. It's really not very much of the grille.

The original center grille was painted pot-metal...no chrome on it.
