Get a nice comfortable bed or couch ready and be sure you have someone handy when you get home. You're in for some r&r.

My wife had C1 thru C6 vertabrae enlarged because she had Spinal Stenosis. I have also broken my back a few years ago so we can certainly relate with your pain and concerns.

The great news is that both of us now have absolutely no ill effects from those conditions. Neither of us ever even had a sore back since.

Don't rush the healing, it's important and you will be good as new

Just remember 8 or 9, when ever asked hows the pain, it is always 8 or 9. Even if it is a 2 or a 3, it is 8 or 9.
