Go to your PB album, and highlight the last link that starts with [IMG] and copy that link, then paste to your message window...easier to have two browesers open when doing it if posting more than one pic.

Just so you know, if the link already has the [IMG] tags you don't have to add more, and you can post more than one picture in a single post. Also, look into a slightly smaller size when posting so people don't have to side scroll to read and view the pictures.
