Unfortunately the car is still in the paintshop but i've taken a few pics so you can see the paint scheme, still missing the (17) race numbers on the doors and the racing decals to match the new paint, but here it is...BTW, the car is a bit high on the wheels due to about a month staying on a stand...It'll go further low when driven for a few miles.
Please note the full open 'mouth', i've cut the whole front and leave it open with a light black grill.
Hey, do you still have the vacuum reservoir tank up in the front of the car? That could be another 30 pounds off if you take it out.
I do, i put it back since 2 years ago when i had a bad accident on the motorway (before that i had a nice and veeery lightweight alu custom bars sistem), i have to rebuild it but i need at least 2.000 usd to get the guy to rebuild it for me, and yes, that'll be another 30lbs off
BTW, didnt you noticed the plastic bag where is packed the air filter as well??
Great job!!! looks like a mean a$$ vette. I don't see any strips, did you decide not to do them?
I want to see the car outside first and then give the final detailing and eventually paint a stripe but, actually, the car looks so owesome and bada$$ in full black, specially in the flesh!!
Looks awesome . . . I really like that hood. The whole package looks good . . . paint, flares, hood, grill, wheels/tires, mirrors, spoilers & lights. You have set the bar high for the rest of us
