What is correct fuel pump clocking to ensure proper/safe fuel line routing?
1969 427 w/ A/C, P/S... I am using a Carter Q3000 and the clocking is still concerning me. Using the pump shaft as 12:00, in previous conversations, it was suggested to point the outlet at 3:00. The CF member that told me that I beleive is correct, but don't know if it is to be exactly 3, as the inlet would be around 4:30 and it puts it close to the frame.
Possibly the rotation for the outlet could be more like 2??? Anyone with pics to assist?
