Default Looking for my old 69 Vert?

I have the VIN number and original bill of sale.
I sold the car in 1977.

Already checked the C3 Registry, no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Pete

Pete,
How about joining the NCRS and putting an 'Information Wanted' advertisement in their "DRIVELINE". There are always lots of people looking for lots of cars.
Regards,
Alan

It's a long shot -
If you can remember the State where the
person was from that bought it from you and if they
either still own it or sold it to someone else who still lives
in the same State, you can get a form from the Secratary of State
and request a Vehicle Title search. It cost me $14.00.

In Michigan, they only go back 10 years.
However, it could still be around. It's worth a try.

Good Luck.

Rudy

I sold the car in 1977.

It was bought new from Nelson Chevy for a whopping $5683.75.

VIN 194679S711650.

Thanks for all the tips guys.

a sympathetic Chicago cop might be able to help you.....My very first car came from Nelson Chevrolet...70-1/2 Camaro SS 396/375hp (402" actually) w/4spd, as it turns out one of 700 built with the BB and worth a fortune.
