It's a long shot -
If you can remember the State where the
person was from that bought it from you and if they
either still own it or sold it to someone else who still lives
in the same State, you can get a form from the Secratary of State
and request a Vehicle Title search. It cost me $14.00.
In Michigan, they only go back 10 years.
However, it could still be around. It's worth a try.
