Default Top Flight?

Is this car really Top Flight or am I being overly critical of the restoration? Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful car, but there seem to be some items (chassis specificallly) that are painted incorrectly?

Ebay number - 160235783411
Thanks!

Well, the resto is what? 18 years old? I think it said it was done F/O in 1990...? It looks pretty good for something done that long ago.

Top Flight doesn't mean that the car is necessarily perfect in every detail. A NOM car with a blank engine stamp pad can Top Flight.............

Remember a car can have 270 points deducted and still be a 'Top Flight' car.

And if you drive 800 miles to the meet you get 45 X 8=360 plus the 270 for a total of 630. Most original cars that will make 800 miles will get a Top Flight with all those points to lose.

That is why you need to know more about a Top Flight and check the car out in person. It is common to have judging tires, batteries, air filters, ect. that are removed after judging and are alot of points.
