I have what I think is a 69 corvette engine in my 67 camaro. The only numbers I see are on the front pad 19J146781 / T1211HN. Who knows maybe it is someones origional. If any one has info please let me know what it is. I can not see the tag at the rear.
For someone that needs an original motor for their 65 it is probably worth some bucks. Back in the early 70s I bought an 39 ford coupe that had a tired small block, come to find out it was an original 57 Corvette motor and a guy needed one bad so the money I sold it for paid for a fresh 327 for my 39 fORD.
Thanks guys for all the info! I do believe it may be a 69 350/300 from an impala. I am planning on throwing a crate in it, just wanted to see if it may be a wanted motor.

There are people restoring old impalas out there, so i'm sure some one would want that block. I know several ppl that own 60's impalas, just none looking for a motor right now.
Hello,
If I were you,
I would search for the Impala forum.
I'm sure there's one out there. You never know,
they (Impala owners) may be just as critical as us (Corvette owners)
and may want something close to what was originally correct for their
car. I wouldn't cast it aside, part it out or get scrap for it. Someone
might be willing to give you more than you think.
Prior to my 70 Corvette, I had a 65 Chevelle Malibu S/S.
I can tell you there were a lot of guys who were looking for
correct motors for those cars.
