NCRS= National Corvette Restorers Society. Organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of Classic Corvettes. They recognize and award flight certificates to Corvettes that have been judged to a standard of correct as delivered from the factory. Many of the greatest minds in the hobby are active members. Lots of great knowledge and experience over at NCRS.org.
I have found it to be well worth the price of membership.
