I did a little more reading. The problem is either the ECM harness or the computer itself. Based on other occurances, unless you suspect the harness for other reasons, I would suggest changing the computer first. It is MUCH easier to do, less expensive and more likely to be the cause.

This is one way to get them. eBay is another. Lots of people remove their CCC system and put parts up for slae. I've also seen some of the parts retailers have used ones for sale, especially with the hyperchip upgrade.
I pulled my computer out last night and found a couple of capacitors or what ever the little round things are called corroded off. i soldered them back together and now the timing is advancing. Thanks for all the help.
