How tough is it to R&R the clock in a 69 C3?

There are articles around that describe how to repair the clock. I think it's more work getting the center gauge bezel out and back in without breaking it. A nasty job!

It's not all that hard....but you need to know exactly how to remove and reinstall the gauge cluster before you start. Also, take a digital photo of the assembled back-side of the cluster, before you start pulling wires, etc. You'll need it to put it back the same way. Be prepared to epoxy repair all of the bulb sockets and change all of the bulbs when you do this task. Oh, and don't forget to unhook the oil pressure gauge feed line from the gauge as you are just getting the bezel pulled free. If you don't have an A.I.M. for your year, buy one.

Don't know how hard it is, as I haven't tackled it yet, it's on the really long list of things to do.

Here are two of sites that may help you, if you are interested in repairing the clock once you get it out.
