Get the dremel with the flex shaft - allows you get into many places easily. And it's great for polishing anything else on the engine or engine bay, plus cutting metal, many uses.

I had to sand down my new t-stat housing so hose would fit. You will need the silicone carbide bit for the dremel.

Wish we had such helpful folks around here

Someone quoted me $200 for welding and fixing a tiny crack on a manifold and sand blasting the pair.

BTW... I bought a dremel tool and sanded the manifold myself. It was pretty easy.

Dremel is a very handy tool.
