1971 seat removal help
Can anyone help?
I want to remove the seats from my 71 Coupe, but the seatbelts are fitted through the shoulder of the seats. Yes I know it looks like they should sqeeze through - but they dont. I have done some dismantling of seats and of the trim....... but there has to be a simpler way?

The plastic "web stop" at the end of the shoulder belt needs to be warmed with a hair dryer so it's more flexible and the 'tongue' can slip through it to take it off. Then you can get the belt through the seat back.
