Just cut them if you're more or less happy with the ride provided by your current springs, keeping in mind that their rate will increase as you shorten them. ...even in Florida.

550's typically result in lower ride height (making some assumptions here), but will be a fair amount stiffer than standard coils, and you'll likely still have to cut them to yield 2-3" lowering. Measured as below with a full tank of gas, what are you're current Z & D heights, and with what springs?
You can buy coils from a number of sources, but lets arrive at what you need...

I've got a brand new set of 550's I believe that I'd be willing to part with at a fair price but shipping them doesn't sound like fun; I'm not sure where in Florida you are. They say they lower the ride height by about an inch. As already mentioned you would probably still have to cut them to get 2 - 3 inches.
Are you certain that the springs are seated in the A-frames properly? If they aren't positioned correctly, they will stick up to far. (not 2-3" though)
i removed a/c, heater, all front bumper **** that was heaver and fiberglassed a front bumper on, after all that my car raised up 2 inch's so im 2 inch's above stock, and i want to drop a inch below stock

You want to drop 3". I think that the VBP's 550 might drop you about 1", maybe more. They are big block springs. IMHO, cut the ones you have since you wil probably have to cut any new ones that you get.
