Instead, it's like the reusable paper towels my wife buys for the kitchen (and they're much cheaper). If I had it to do again and saw one first hand, I'd pass and buy a nice micro fiber towel. Better yet, stop by your local NAPA and pick up a roll of Scott Shop Towels. They're lint free, too.

I ordered some because of all the positive feed back, thinking all the time 'ya-right! I had just replaced all the windows in our condo, what better way to check it out. I cleaned them all inside and out and intentionally did swirly and straight motions while cleaning. When done, I could not see any swirls, streaks or any other marks! I used as directed- no windex or any other window cleaners- wet it and squeezed all the water out till it felt only damp. I checked them in direct sunlight and still couldn't find any marks! Over the years I've tried all sorts of combinations, cleaners, with paper towels, micro fiber, etc., you name it- when the sun hit the windows, all the streaks, swirls, fuzz were still there!! Also cleaned the inside/outside of my car windows with the same results. It sure made a believer out of me!

I ordered some of these earlier in the year and they sat on the shelf for a while.

Looked more like a textured paper than a microfibres cloth.

When I'd did try them I was impressed.

Removed all that built up film on the glass and created a perfectly clear window.

Had always noticed that fog/film build up on car windows even after cleaning them it came back again, but it has now been over a month and the glass looks great.

I think they stay clean for longer because it seems to get it all off and then it takes much longer for it to build up again.

Would certainly recommend them.

Started with my CX3 windscreen where i could see the film in certain lights and angles ( i wonder if it comes out of the plastics when they get heat and cold etc).

After a few weeks I moved onto my other cars and am still on the first cloth, just wash it out and start again.

Thought given it looked like paper it would fall apart but no it stays together fine.

Starting to sound like an infomercial so will stop.

Lets say we want to use a detailing spray on the outside of the car and wipe that off. Can we use this with something else that water?

Sit back and watch the C5 and C6 threads and see how many complaints you get about them NOT working. Bet you will not see a single one.

As for the gentleman who said he "bought one at Carlisle and it didn't work"....I have to say it is not the same thing or bought an imitation. It does work, and works well...I personally tried them before buying 100 of them.

Heck I just ordered 300 more today, why would I order something that does not work and go through the headache of packaging and selling these things to make 1 or 2 bucks on each one only to have everyone complain that they do not work.

Just watch the other threads.....you guys are too much..

Thanks,

I was a bit sceptical, I live down under, so the freight cost more for one, so I bought a five pack, went on a long drive, got heaps of bugs and a little ocean salt spray. First tried the interior, works a treat got rid of all the haze in a couple of wipes with the cloth alone. There was a little bit of greasy dash protector on the glass it got rid of that too. Next after loosening some of the bugs from the outside screen, wiped off all the muck and it left it looking as though there wasn't a screen there at all. I'm sold on this cloth, works a treat, even my wife is using to wash the house windows.

Just one bit of advice, I wash it, following the instructions, after every use, and keep it in a clean container waiting for next time its needed.

Just ordered 5. Hate to wash interior glass.....especially the windshield. Hoping this will be the solution especially to the haze and streaks window cleaners and cloth towels leave,

The neighbor lady asked me what to use to clean the inside of her car windows a few weeks ago and I'll give her one when I receive them.

Thanks,
OLE442

I use good old fashion Windex with newspaper then go over it with a microfiber towel. I make sure I have a light source outside of the car to create glare and just rub with the microfiber until I get it clean without streaks or residue. After that I take some sight save eyeglasses cleaner wipes we use at work as a final wipe and this even prevents the window from fogging up.

I bought some of these last year and they have worked great. Get several as they also work well for mirrors, house windows, TV screens etc.

Bought five, tried them on my C3 windows, they are so clear and clean,
couldn't hardly believe it. Also tried them on my black plastic console, came out looking like brand new. I'm sold on these.
