Default just mounted redlines

Hi all,
I finally got my original rims back on the car with some Firestone repo redlines. I really like the look and actually having fun with them on the road. Makes the curves a little more interesting.

....thought Redlines was a '68/'69 thing only???

...looks great with them. Used to have them on my Silver '68.

Yeah, my 1970 should be white walls, but I got a deal on these slightly used. I could have spent $230/tire for the Goodyears, but found these for <$100 ea. I don't really know if it was a good move but I like having something close to original.

Those will keep your attention on the road!
Very nice Gccch!

and I thought that you won the original set of Goodyear tires a while ago on ebay! I forget how much they went for do you remember?

Stop at the Buckingham Concours this weekend if you get the chance, some really nice cars!

Save the Wave,

WB

Thanks, War Bonnet... yeah that set went for $645 plus shipping. Too much for old rotten rubber in my book. These were a good deal and get me part of the way there.
