Not to bad, just a lot of time. I used a painlss brand harness, but had to shorten the wires up some. I also go the computer tuned by PCM4LESS, which made a big difference. I painted the valve covers to match myself using model paints on the emblems and in the word corvette. Thanks for the compliments!! I also have a C5, but the C3 will always be my favorite.
well, it runs really good! Was turning a 13.01 on a g-tech, street tires, 97 degrees, with two people with the original 3.08 rear. I also put in a 700R4, so I get over 20mpg on the highway. It is very loud, and not near as comfy as the C5, but can hold with it in the speed department I beleive. My wife can hear me from about 1/2 mile away when she is sitting in the house if I have the throttle open.
Car is not complete, as the interior really needs re-done and it needs small stuff like weatherstripping and what not. But, right now it is getting a 3.55 rear end.
Enging fit in nice and easy, was able to use normal moto mounts. Switched to electric fans, and used a seperat control that comes on early as opposed to the PCM one. It just took a long time to get the wires all hooked up. I also used the stock fule lines, cutting into one to add a pump. Pump is out of the tank, and I had to make a plate to protect it. We also mounted the computer under a fender, on a custom bracket that attached to the fender well. If anyone has any questions I will do my best to answer em!
