To meet some friends for lunch down at the coastal hot spot called Newport RI.. the ride started of cloudy but 30 miles later at my destination the sun came out so I took some pics of the vacume hoses for Willcox on another thread
Great pics! I live in Rhode island - you should take a visit to Newport in the summer. Very nice... Just be careful, as Newport's police tend to strictly enforce the sound levels, especially during the summertime. (Sorry - I just checked out your public profile. I didn't realize you're a native Rhody!)

It is on and running and takin me down the road in style.
Hey, it's a Holley, Bigger hammer, lots of swearing, bowls off and on who knows how many times, but that day always comes when you do that accidental 1/16" of a turn on the metering block and PERFECTION, just what I expected.

Glad to hear it
Now you can add a carb rebuild to your list for this winter's projects
Hi HD,
Your car looks great in that afternoon light. Tell your passenger that no matter her age that light makes her look 5 years younger and 5 pounds thinner.
I was in Newport for the America's Cup Races in about 1978?. I remember a place called The Black Pearl, right on a dock.
Nice Car!!!
Regards,
Alan
