Default '69 headlight wire routing

Does anyone have a picture that shows the routing of the headlight wires from the front harness to the headlights? I need to see how it routes around the actuator. I have the AIM, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the response. I can see part of the routing in your first picture on the right side, where the wire leads toward the actuator. I'm looking for the routing from that point to where the connectors come out of the holes in the door assembly. It would be the routing that you don't see in the picture below. Thanks again.

Hi 69,
As 427/400's pictures show, after the harness comes through the core support, the section of the harness for the left lights ducks towards the front right BEFORE the actuator, the rest of the harness extends on untill just PAST the right side actuator and then ducks forward for the right side lights.
On my 71 harness there are two plastic harness clips that are screwed to the metal reinforcement for the headlights to hold the harness tight up under the front surround.
Happy New Year!
Regards,
Alan

Thanks 400hp427vette and Alan 71 for the help. I think I figured it out with your assistance. Just one more question. My harness is routed over the top of my hood hinge and I don't think that is correct. Should it be routed in one of the two areas that I have circled in black, or is it correct the way it is? Thanks again.

Hi 69,
The harness should go through the core support where you've drawn the lower circle.

Alan

Thanks Alan. I appreciate the help. It's a little tougher assembling a car, when you weren't the one that disassembled it.

It's a LOT tougher putting a car back together when you didn't take it apart!!!!
