Please share what you learned. My windows need adjusting too. I put new seals all around but now I have a serious draft issue on both windows.

What tricks did you learn about adjusting and what worked well.

paper test .hold paper against rubber seal .shut the door .where you can pull the paper real easy ,the window needs adj .if it pulls hard then it should be air tight .repeat all around window seal .one trick for adj of a window with new seals is check to see if the window stops need to be adj .the top of my window was hitting the t-top seal .something else i learned .leave window down about a half inch ,shut the door .look at the window and look at the seal to see what fits and what dont .while you have the door panel off lube all moving parts .

i just finnished taking off the mirror.took the two screws out and put loctite on them .this is a job i dont want to do again .verry tight between the bolt and the glass .a quarter inch rachet and socket was tight but would have worked .i used a 7/16 craftsman wrench on one end and a socket on the other .

If your mirror head is flopping and that is what you are going to fix here is a link to a GREAT fix. I followed the instructions and it worked fine.
