Yes........
as long as you get one from a corvette supplyer....ie Ecklers, MidAmerica, Willcox Corvette. You can get one that is made to put on a '74 that looks like the '80s. I don't believe you can take an '80s front bumper and put it on a '74....it has to be made to fit your car. I put an '80s style rear bumper on my '75. It wasn't a perfect fit but not too much of a PIA.
