The front and rear end look like the mouth of a guppy fish.
It would take me quite a while to get use to that styling so I'd have to give it an "Unsure".

It's DIFFERENT!
I always think that as long as wheels and tires are round, wheel-well openings should be more or less round, too.
If you figure where the driver and passenger's heads will be, it doesn't look like they can see out the side window because of it's shape and position.

Id need to see more pics. ok, after watching the video I hate the angles around the wheels and I dont like the rear of the car at all. THUNBS DOWN

To the O/P I'll go with C) Unsure.......another "real" set of wheels would help tremendously I think. 
As far as the other examples......this tread now needs a WARNING lable.

I'll bet it looks pretty cool in person, especially with better wheels. There are many worse looking vettes. Even some of the Baldwin Motion vettes with the disco paint scheme I've seen pics of (not the "regular" motion stripe ones - I love those) are butt ugly.
